Website Intake

Your profile drives most local ranking, and picking it here fills in most of the rest of this form — name, phone, address, hours. This one link also gives us a one-tap "leave a review" link for your customers.

Type your business name and pick it from the list. If nothing matches, add your city — for example Acme Roofing, Springfield IL.

This becomes the site structure — one page per service.

Used in page titles: "Roofing Services in Katy, TX".

Plain words, not marketing copy — this is the brief every page is written from.

One honest sentence beats a list of adjectives — this becomes your "Why choose us".

Prevents leads you'd only turn away — and stops us writing a claim you'd have to walk back.

Each town gets its own page, and we build up to 10. Only list places you'd genuinely drive to today — a page for work you'd turn down is worse than no page, and a thin one won't rank anyway.

The names locals use — subdivisions, developments, or the part of town. Guidance for our research, not a final list: we check each one and put it on the right town's page.

We publish this on the site, so it needs to be true.

We will never write these for you. Anything left blank simply won't appear on the site.

Real job photos are the biggest credibility factor on a contractor site. Stock photography measurably hurts.

Optional. If you'd rather send photos later, reply to any of our emails and attach them — that works too.

The accent is what buttons use, so it has to carry white text — if yours can't, we'll keep it elsewhere on the page and tell you why.
